How does it work?
The Learning Passport is simple. Just choose four days of training - either
- 4 x 1 Day courses or
- 2 x 2 Day courses

Full terms and conditions
The four days of training must be complete courses, e.g. a five day course cannot be sold as part of a Learning Passport. The training must be delivered within 90 days of the start date of the first course booked to qualify as part of the Learning Passport. The start date of the first course must be no more than 6 months from the date of booking. Any €50 administration charge. Any transfer of a course to a date outside this period will be subject to a €50 administration charge, and the remainder of the full course fee for that course will be payable. Transferring the Learning Passport to another delegate within the original time period will be subject to a €100 administration charge. Transferring the Learning Passport to another 90 days will be subject to our normal terms and conditions. For example, when within 20 working days of the date of the first course, a 25% transfer fee, equalling €250 + VAT, will be payable. If within 5 working days of the date of the first course, a 40% transfer fee, equalling €400 + VAT, will be payable. Any non-attendance of a course as part of the Passport will result in the full cost of the Learning Passport still being payable. Any cancellation of the Learning Passport will result in a 100% cancellation charge. It must be the same individual who attends each day of training. Thus, the delegate will be required to provide photo ID when attending each training course. The Learning Passport is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer or discount.
