What is a Holding Account?

Reed Learning's Holding Account is a time-saving, cost-reducing facility

It allows you to invest your training budget at your own pace and focus on the important part - effectively and efficiently delivering properly defined learning outcomes.
Crucially, there are no-tie ins. You can apply your Holding Account to all your specific business and people needs across the full suite of Reed Learning services. This can include:
  • Public Courses (3,000 learning days each year)
  • In-Company Learning Events ('off the shelf', customised & bespoke)
  • Training Needs Analysis & 3600 Profiling
  • Management & Leadership Programmes
  • Executive Coaching
  • Diplomas & Certificates in Management, Sales, HR and Recruitment or PA Skills
  • Induction Programmes
  • Consultancy

How does it work?

It works like a deposit account.
  1. you deposit anything left in this year's training budget with us, even if you have no further training you want to do this year
  2. you can then draw on this budget in the following year for any training needs
  3. after we have confirmed the amount and details of your Holding Account with you, we'll provide you with a pro-forma invoice
  4. you'll start making great savings immediately on any of our services
Our advice is free, ongoing and we'll offer you experienced guidance to ensure the very best savings and outcomes.
