Who is it for?
This new qualification is designed specifically for Managersof the Learning & Development function, in organisations of all sizes and throughout all sectors. It is also suitable for those moving into a L&D Management position.
There are no pre-requisites for this course, however you need to have at least one year's experience of working within the learning and development function of any organisation.
What is it about?
The advanced level qualification covers the same core operational skills as the Certificate in Learning & Development; stages of the learning cycle, successful training design, development and delivery. It then moves to the management stage of learning and development, focusing on insight into supplier sourcing and supplier management, measuring ROI (return on investment) and the development of organisation-wide training plans.
As with our other L&D qualifications, this programme is underpinned by our Trainer Competency Framework and Active Learning Model - best practice, industry leading benchmarks in learning and development management.

Assessment
The Advanced Certificate in Learning & Development Management is awarded following 7 days of specialist training via a practical assessment against best practice. You will be required to put into practice what you have learned during the trainer-led modules, and will be assessed against the trainer competency framework made available to you at the start of the Certificate.
